Itinerary

Arrival and Opening

Arrival is at 1 PM. Participants should come nourished, having eaten beforehand. We begin with grounding, a brief orientation, and intention setting.

Sacrament and Ceremony

The ceremony begins at 2 PM with a fire ceremony and lavender lemonade libation, our signature sacrament cultivated and tested in the lab for precision and safety. It is formulated to be gentle on the stomach, with a rapid onset and smooth experience.

Transition to Nature

Around the two-hour mark, participants are invited to transition outdoors for the second half of the ceremony. Our shaded natural grounds offer space to walk barefoot, reconnect with the earth, and settle into reflection.

Around 6 PM, we gather for a nourishing meal prepared with care for various dietary preferences. Participants may share restrictions or needs during registration, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

The evening concludes with time for connection and integration. We make sure participants understand that integration continues long after the ceremony ends. For anyone who needs additional support, we maintain a network of therapists, mental health professionals, and other practitioners who can help carry the experience forward. Participants who already have a trusted network are encouraged to lean into that support.

Important

To participate, you must complete the required medical screening in advance.

Cats live on the premises. Anyone with cat allergies or sensitivities may be more comfortable attending one of our retreats at an alternate location. We also do our best to make our ceremonies accessible and supportive for individuals with diverse needs. Please let us know during registration how we can best support you.

Every ceremony is supported by medical oversight to ensure participant safety and care. Our team follows a strict code of ethics. No one will tell you what to think, what to believe, or interpret your experience in any way. We partner with qualified practitioners for broader integration support. Space is intentionally limited to preserve safety and a supportive environment.
